Issues with the stripe subscription service

Hello all, has anyone had any issues with the subscription service. Mine has just expired. I keep putting in my my card info but I get an error.
“Payment Error. Please check your registered credit card“
The support team has been awesome as they keep granting me free limited subscriptions to fix the error. The crazy thing is I call my bank and they say they don’t even see the transactions. So it’s like it’s timing out. I have added and removed my card info and my info multiple times. I even called D-BOX support during the day begging them to take my money. The agent tried to process it and the same error. This is rather frustrating.

I have had this issue a couple of times. I believe tech service or sales support in the end had to process my card. I’m not sure how they resolved it, but they did something cause it charged and subscription renewed. It happened when one time I changed the card in the auto service and the other time it happened when the card in the auto renewal expired and I had to put in a new card.

So now I know to not mess with the card working in the auto renew.

I tried that as well. Calling an agent we tried 3 times. I noticed the stripe service changes my city when I put my zip code in to another city that is not even my city. So then I put the right info in and it fails. Odd it matches my street address info on google. Then it adds the wrong zip code. I tried with both zip codes and City it uses. It’s very frustrating. Last year it was fine this year new card failing. Grrrr

Had the same problem- if you make any changes to your credit card information- The process will fail.
You will need to start a new subscription.
